2. Each transaction is valid for one cake order only.
3. Customised message on greeting plate can be arranged after the transaction, up to 40 English characters or 15 Chinese words or 25 mixed English characters and Chinese words in length.
4. Customer will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of the order being placed.  For enquiries, call 3983 0608.
5. An A4 printed copy of the confirmation email with electronic voucher and each with a unique QR code must be presented at the time of redemption.
6. For food safety reasons, please keep pastries refrigerated and consume by no more than 6 hours.
7. Pastry kitchen handles food allergens including, but not limited to, eggs, cereals containing gluten, milk, peanuts, tree nuts, sulphites, soyabeans, crustacea, fish and their products.
8. No cancellations, refunds or transfers.
9. The electronic voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers or discounts, or exchanged for any other products or services.
10. Crowne Plaza Hong Kong Kowloon East reserves the right to amend or cancel the offer, quota and any of its terms and conditions without prior notice.
11. In case of any disputes, the decision of Crowne Plaza Hong Kong Kowloon East shall be final.
