1. This voucher will be forfeited once expired and will not be extended.
2. Check in time is 3pm and check out time is next day 12noon.
3. An A4 printed copy of the confirmation email with electronic voucher and each with a unique QR code must be presented at the time of redemption.
4. This voucher can be used once only, and is invalid and not replaceable if lost, defaced or damaged.
5. This voucher cannot be resold, refunded, exchange for other goods or redeemed for cash.
6. In case of any disputes, Crowne Plaza Hong Kong Kowloon East reserves the right of final decision.

General Terms and Conditions:

1. The electronic voucher is included 10% service charge.
2. Order and payment must be made via www.buys.hk at least one day in advance before the redemption date.
3. Customer will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours once the order is completed.
4. An A4 printed copy of the confirmation email with electronic voucher and each with a unique QR code must be presented upon check in. Photo and electronic version will not be accepted.
5. The electronic voucher will be valid on the date indicated for once and cannot be amended.
6. No cancellation will be accepted once confirmation is made via www.buys.hk, the payment is non- refundable and non-transferrable. The electronic voucher is not replaceable if lost.
7. The electronic voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or discounts, or cannot be re-sold, exchangeable for cash or any other products or services.
8. The electronic voucher payment platform service is provided by Fusion Limited.
9. Crowne Plaza Hong Kong Kowloon East reserves the right to amend or cancel the offer, quota and any of its terms and conditions without prior notice.
