Terms and Conditions:

1. Orders should be placed at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time.
2. Customer will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of the order being placed. For enquiries, call 3983 0618.
3. Confirmation email with electronic voucher and each with a unique QR code must be presented at the time of redemption.
4. For food safety reasons, please consume takeaway food within 4 hours.
5. Kitchen handles food allergens including, but not limited to, eggs, cereals containing gluten, milk, peanuts, tree nuts, sulphites, soybeans, crustacea, fish and their products.
6. No cancellations, refunds or transfers.
7. The electronic voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers or discounts, or exchanged for any other products or services.
8. Crowne Plaza Hong Kong Kowloon East reserves the right to amend or cancel the offer, quota and any of its terms and conditions without prior notice.
9. In case of any disputes, the decision of Crowne Plaza Hong Kong Kowloon East shall be final. The payment platform of the electronic voucher is provided by Fusion Limited.
