沖繩黑糖紅豆椰汁年糕(750克) ─ 沖繩特產、濃醇的黑糖配搭天津紅豆、泰國椰汁及泰國糯米粉製作。烹煮過程特意將紅豆保持原粒、綿密而不粉爛;黑糖味道天然、具甘蔗香氣,甜度適中而不蓋過椰汁及紅豆的味道。傳統懷舊食法先蘸上蛋漿後煎至微微焦脆,入口香口煙韌,更能突出黑糖和糯米粉的搭配。

黑松露醬臘味蘿蔔糕(750克) ─ 採用白蘿蔔及風味臘腸作主料。白蘿蔔切成粗條增加咬感,混和切粒炒香的臘腸及蝦米製成糕;黑松露的香氣大大提高蘿蔔的清甜,臘腸齒頰留香,食材互相提昇,嗜辣的可選配紫粵軒自家製XO醬佐吃,惹味倍增。

西班牙火腿臘味芋頭糕(750克) ─嚴選泰國芋頭、風味臘味、泰國金勾蝦米,將新鮮芋頭粗切成條後炸香,用慢火炒香臘味及蝦米,再開沾米粉漿,猛火蒸45分鐘。一口芋頭糕混和西班牙火腿的鹹香、瑤柱蝦米的鮮味、臘味的鹹香、芋頭的乾鬆,綿密口感與豐富味道相互緊扣,是今年新春必食糕品。

憑券可於2020年1月4日至24日換領糕品。
