A wide range of exquisite foods include abalone, fish maw, Japanese conpoy, shrimp, dried oyster, black mushroom, soy sauce chicken, roasted duck are placed at the top. Black moss, lotus root, broccoli, turnip, pig’s skin, pig’s tongue, bean curd stick are placed at the bottom to absorb the luscious flavour of the stew and meat juices from the top of the bowl.
