1. Orders should be placed at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time.  Each transaction is valid for one cake order only.
  2. Customised message on greeting plate can be arranged after the transaction.
  3. Customer will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of the order being placed.  For enquiries, call +852 3721 7700.
  4. The electronic voucher should be presented to redeem the cake.
  5. In the interest of food safety, please ensure the food is kept refrigerated at between 0℃ and 4℃ within two hours of pick-up. Discard if not consumed within 24 hours.
  6. The products contain: flour (cereals containing gluten), milk and egg; and made in an environment where nuts, peanuts and sesame seeds are present.
  7. The World of Hyatt programme is not applicable.
  8. No cancellations, refunds or transfers.
  9. The electronic voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers or discounts, or exchanged for any other products or services.
  10. Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, Tsim Sha Tsui reserves the right to amend or cancel the offer, quota and any of its terms and conditions without prior notice.
  11. In case of any disputes, the decision of Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, Tsim Sha Tsui shall be final.
