The atmospheric all-day restaurant Cafe offers an impressive range of mouth-watering delicacies from different live cooking stations, such as roasted turkey and roasted US rib of beef from the carving station, Japanese sushi and sashimi, teppanyaki and tempura, Chinese wok-fried dishes, Western antipasti, salads and cold cuts, pasta and fresh pizza, seafood on ice as well as our very special home-made desserts and soft ice cream coupes.

On Christmas Eve, a six-course dinner featuring Chef Josef’s culinary artistry awaits you in a unique and classic European atmosphere embellished with live music.
On Christmas Day and New Year’s Day, a wide array of celebratory fare will be available in Hugo's festive-licious brunch. These two brunches offer a wide selection of our signature hors d'oeuvres and salads from the buffet, followed by a choice of main course and completed by a range of irresistible homemade desserts. Seafood connoisseurs may enjoy the succulent spread of fresh oyster, lobster, crab leg and several kinds of caviar at the seafood-on-ice station prior to a savoury main course, including grilled French scallop and skin-roasted pike perch. Those who prefer meaty creations may sample the gamey braised French rabbit leg or the flavourful roasted French goose breast. Alternatively, Hugo’s signature roasted US prime rib of beef served from the carving wagon is another traditional treat. For desserts, chocolate cepes truffle cake and rum panettone pudding are some of the highlights.
