Terms and Conditions

1. If voucher is not used on specified date, it will be forfeited with no entitlement to refund or exchange.
2. Advance reservation is required and voucher number to be quoted upon reservation. Confirmation is subject to service availability.
3. Vouchers has no cash value and is non-refundable.
4. In case of loss or damage, no replacement will be offered.
5. Use of vouchers by re-sellers is not tolerated, and The Mira Hong Kong reserves the right to cancel orders which are deemed to display re-seller behavior.
6. For voucher queries relating to the menus, restaurants or bookings please call the restaurant or MiraSpa directly.
7. The Mira Hong Kong reserves the right of final decision in case of dispute.
