1. E-ticket purchased online are nonrefundable, no exchange, no reissue, nor cancellation will be honored for any items sold or ordered online.
2. E-ticket purchased online cannot be reused, resold, or to purchase other products online.
3. E-ticket cannot be used as promotional activities without the consent of The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong.
4. E-ticket is per person, can only be used at the restaurant, time and date printed on the confirmation.
5. E-ticket must be presented upon redemption, and will not be replaced in case of loss.
6. Any unredeemed e-ticket will not be valid after the reservation time, date and restaurant purchased.
7. Please be advised that we observe a smart casual dress code at Ozone. No beach sandals, open toe shoes, sleeveless shirts and shorts for all gentlemen.
