Spa hamper e-ticket purchased online are nonrefundable, no exchanges, no reissue, nor cancellations will be honored for any items sold or ordered online.
Spa hamper e-ticket purchased online cannot be reused, or to purchase other products online, resell, or use as promotional activities without the consent of The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong.
Spa hamper e-ticket must be presented upon redemption, and will not be replaced in case of loss.
Any unredeemed e-ticket will not be valid after the collection date.
Orders purchased online are processed from Monday to Friday only, if an online order is placed on a weekend or public holiday, it will be processed on the following business day.
All orders should be placed 72 hours in advance. You will be contacted by one of our Ladies & Gentlemen for more details.
For delivery services, delivery fee apply separately, you will be contacted for arrangement within 24 hours (Monday to Friday) upon order is purchased successfully.
We only deliver within Hong Kong SAR (excluding Discovery Bay, Park Island, Outlying Islands and remote areas).
If you wish to delivery to multiple locations in Hong Kong, please place order separately.
