1. E-ticket purchased online is non-refundable, no exchanges, no reissue, nor will cancellations be honored for any items sold or ordered online.
2. E-ticket purchased online cannot be reused, or to purchase other products online, resell, or use as promotional activities without the consent of The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong.
3. E-ticket for Ozone event is per person, can only be used at the time and date printed on confirmation.
4. E-ticket must be presented upon redemption, and will not be replaced in case of loss.
5. Any expired or unredeemed e-ticket will not be valid after event time and date purchased.
6. Please be advised that we observe a smart casual dress code at Ozone. No beach sandals, open toe shoes, sleeveless shirts and shorts for all gentlemen.
