  • For food safety reasons, please keep the cakes refrigerated and consume by no more than 6 hours. 48-hour advance notice for all cake orders are required.
  • Orders placed online are processed daily from Monday to Sunday with an order confirmation sent within 24 hours. For enquiries, please call (852) 2132 7898.
  • Orders received before 3pm will be processed within 48 hours pending item availability and credit card verification. Orders placed after 3pm will begin processing the following business day (this includes Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays).
  • Cake redemption is only available at Palm Court on the selected date from 10:00am to 11:00pm.
  • Orders purchased online are non-refundable, neither exchanges, nor cancellations will be honoured for any items sold or ordered online.
  • Orders purchased online cannot be used to purchase other products and gift vouchers, resell, or use as promotional activities without the consent of The Langham, Hong Kong.
  • This voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers and discounts.
  • The voucher will be forfeited once expired and will not be extended.
